The new restaurant is located in the Foundation building in Altrincham’s bustling Stamford Quarter, taking up a 2,166 square foot unit. The interior is designed with Yum Cha’s signature neon pink and blue colours, creating a vibrant and modern atmosphere for diners. The restaurant includes seating for 65 guests, providing a comfortable and welcoming space to enjoy a variety of Chinese dishes.
What You Can Expect at Yum Cha
Yum Cha is best known for its high-quality, hand-crafted dim sum, which includes a range of steamed dumplings, buns, and rolls. In addition to dim sum, the restaurant offers a selection of roasted meats, including duck and pork, and big plates filled with traditional Chinese favourites. Noodle soups, packed with flavour, are also a big part of the menu, making it a great spot for casual dining or a satisfying meal.
The restaurant operates on a walk-in only basis, so no reservations are needed. It will be open seven days a week, allowing guests to visit at their convenience. The opening hours are:
- Sunday to Thursday: 12 PM to 9 PM
- Friday and Saturday: 12 PM to 10 PM
